From his earliest experience at the age of seventeen as an installer and technician with Rollins Security and then Security Protective Services, Rick was driven to acquire the skills and expertise that have served him throughout his career. Rick also served in the US Navy as an electrician and sound analysis technician. His work with sound analysis and vibration suppression on nuclear submarines contributed to the Western Fleet being virtually undetectable. And, his work on the SSN Abraham Lincoln merited Rick various citations and commendations. On his return from the Navy, Rick was again recruited by Security Protective Services to manage operations at three regional offices in PA, NJ, and DE. This experience gave Rick the confidence and the inspiration to pioneer a rare concept in the security industry. He established a security company and retail outlet offering security equipment and providing training to the general public. The concept has evolved over the past twelve years into Quality Security.

Gaetano brings more than twenty years of security experience, providing his sales, marketing, and technical expertise. Gaetano started his career with Holmes Protection, where he was a five-time President's Club recipient, three time salesperson of the year, and twice sales manager of the year. Later, Gaetano served at several large security firms as Sales Manager and later as Director of Sales and Marketing, where he met ever-increasing challenges with continued success and accolades.
